Mace is the covering of the nutmeg. It has a similar flavour, though stronger. Mace is used in a number of spicy dishes, curry blends and even herbal teas and medicines.
Contains 50g of Granada mace blades.
Similar to strong cinnamon in flavour.
Add to sweet and savoury cooking.
